About Studio K:

Known as the studio where “pop culture meets dance and fitness,” Studio K has been proudly voted #1 “Best Studio Body and Soul” for the last ten consecutive years by the readers of Orlando Magazine in their Best of Orlando Awards, and has also been named the #1 “Best Workout Facility/Gym,” over fitness greats LA Fitness and Planet Fitness!

Originated in 2010, Studio K was the first to offer the largest variety of dance and fitness classes for adults of all levels of ability in Central Florida, and with 35 styles of classes, there is truly something for everyone! Our tag line at Studio K is “The Floor is Yours,” meaning no matter your age, size, level of ability, or even if you have a disability, the floor is yours to have a great time and to reach your absolute best!

For National Dance Day, Studio K takes a fun approach for adults of all levels offering :30 minute class samples to try so that you may enjoy a variety of the unique and most popular styles that we offer.

All classes at Studio K are FREE on this day for ages 14 and up. Registration is required to attend for classes only.
